Chi Kung is a powerful type of health and mental exercise which has been practiced for centuries by millions of people. It is based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements specifically designed to benefit on many different levels one’s overall health and mental wellbeing. Chi Kung is easy to learn and enjoyable to do and produces an invigorating and rejuvenating effect bringing about a deep strengthening effect on the nervous, digestive, respiratory, skeleton-muscular, hormonal, and other various systems of the body. Chi Kung leaves one feeling more alert, energized, and with a brighter and more balanced outlook on life’s possibilities.
