MUS 195-5 - Ukulele

3 Credits

Beginning Ukulele will explore the history of the instrument along with the various techniques for playing the ukulele. Students will learn basic and advanced chords and strumming patterns. Students will also learn music theory basics including scales, chords, rhythm, and playing with and without accompaniment. Students will need a soprano ukulele, an instrument tuner or cellphone tuner app, and a notebook.
