Bioprocessing Operator Program Closure
Mountain Empire Community College will be discontinuing the Bioprocessing Operator program due to low enrollment and graduation rates. Students enrolled in the program will receive an official notification via email regarding this closure.
To support those affected and ensure students get the classes they need to complete the program, a teach-out plan will be in place through the Fall 2027 semester.
