AIR 116 - Duct Construction and Maintenance

3 Credits

Presents duct materials including sheet metal, aluminum, and fiber glass. Explains development of duct systems, layout methods, safety hand tools, cutting and shaping machines, fasteners and fabrication practices. Includes duct fittings, dampers and regulators, diffusers, heater and air washers, fans, insulation, and ventilating hoods.Additional course fee applies.
